Meet the Owner, Sequoia Barnes
Hi! I’m Sequoia Barnes, a wife, girl mom, and lover of all things fashion & beauty. Throughout my twenties, I have always wondered what my purpose in life was and I would always pray for change and growth. Once learning that my husband and I would be expecting a baby girl, I now had a new purpose in life. Fearful but super excited, I was ready to take on all of Motherhood. ​I gave birth to our beautiful baby girl in July 2023 – easily becoming one of the best journeys and experiences of my life.
Although I didn’t think the change and growth I prayed for would be a child, I know God makes no mistakes. Everything happens according to His plans, and it didn’t take me long to understand why this was my story. ​Becoming a #girlmom provided me with the fuel and confidence I needed to chase my dreams and aspirations. My daughter is very observing and watches my every move in awe. I must lead by example, and always encourage her to chase her wildest dreams. And so, it starts here - this is just the beginning of so much more.

The Mission
MomMentum is a multifaceted athleisure & accessory brand curated for her – the fitness mom, the traveling mom, the sports mom, the mom-to-be, and the mom grinding every day for her family. It was strategically designed to embrace and encourage the positivity of Motherhood, but most importantly to remind Moms not to give up on their dreams.

It is our mission to build up our mothers and always put us first, give us a space to be our authentic selves, all while doing so comfortably. Providing great quality and comforting athleisure is the first step.
